ABC Refigeration & A\C, Inc. was founded in 1950 and incorporated in 1968. Carmen Ligoci, owner and president, came to work for ABC in 1969, after serving 4 years in the Navy, working 2 years at Central New York Refrigeration, and 1 year at Acme Markets Maintenance Department
